1) What do I do if the Steve Oliver start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Steve Oliver event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Steve Oliver event.
2) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Steve Oliver"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
3) I bought Steve Oliver tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because jazz & blues tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Steve Oliver ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
4) What do I do if the Steve Oliver event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Steve Oliver event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Steve Oliver tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Steve Oliver schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Steve Oliver events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Steve Oliver event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Steve Oliver tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Steve Oliver tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the jazz & blues tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Steve Oliver tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Steve Oliver tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the jazz & blues event.
