1) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Supremes"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
2) I bought Supremes tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because 50s & 60s era tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Supremes ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
3) What are the service charges for Supremes tickets?TicketSupply.com sells cheap Supremes tickets featuring the lowest service charges online. The service charges vary per Supremes event but are significantly less than our competitors. You can see the total ticket price for your Supremes order on the checkout.
4) What do I do if the Supremes start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Supremes event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Supremes event.
5) Do you provide any guarantees for my Supremes tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Supremes tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Supremes event. If the Supremes tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Supremes tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
