1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Tavana tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Tavana tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Tavana receipt. They can resend the Tavana tickets for you. If you are unable to find your world ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if the Tavana event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Tavana event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Tavana tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Tavana schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Tavana events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Tavana event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) What do I do if the Tavana start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Tavana event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Tavana event.
4) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Tavana tickets?Last minute Tavana orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Tavana tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
5) There isn't time to ship my Tavana tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Tavana tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Tavana ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your world tickets. Note: If you are picking your Tavana tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
