FAQ
1) What do I do if my order for Title of Show tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the musical & play ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Title of Show tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Title of Show order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Title of Show tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Title of Show tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for musical & play events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
2) I think I may have received the wrong Title of Show tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Title of Show tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Title of Show tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Title of Show receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the musical & play tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your theater tickets. If the Title of Show tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Title of Show tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Title of Show tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on musical & play tickets so you should not have any concerns.
3) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Title of Show gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Title of Show event details is to contact venue directly. A musical & play representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Title of Show event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Title of Show gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Title of Show event information will also be available on the venues web site.
4) Why isn't my name displayed on my Title of Show tickets? You are purchasing these Title of Show tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Title of Show event. Since the theater venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Title of Show ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Title of Show and experiencing the full musical & play event.
5) How do I find the seats for Title of Show tickets? On the page containing Title of Show ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Title of Show seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Title of Show ticket notes.
