1) I want to attend the Vacationeer event in several cities. Can I view the entire Vacationeer schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the Vacationeer tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search Vacationeer or browse the concert section for Vacationeer. There you will see the Vacationeer schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the Vacationeer event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a concert event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference. If you haven't seen Vacationeer or been to a concert or children & family event then feel free to just ask one of our ticket specialists.
2) What do I do if the children & family event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Vacationeer event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Vacationeer order receipt. You may need to return the Vacationeer tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Vacationeer tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The children & family ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) Is there a way for me to verify that my Vacationeer tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Vacationeer, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Vacationeer tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
4) As a buyer of Vacationeer tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Vacationeer ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Vacationeer ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any children & family ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Vacationeer tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
5) I think I may have received the wrong Vacationeer tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Vacationeer tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Vacationeer tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Vacationeer receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the children & family tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Vacationeer tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Vacationeer tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Vacationeer tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
