1) Do you offer discounted tickets for hard rock & metal events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for hard rock & metal events and every other concert event. You can search by hard rock & metal or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Zero Tolerance") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
2) What do I do if the hard rock & metal event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Zero Tolerance event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Zero Tolerance order receipt. You may need to return the Zero Tolerance tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Zero Tolerance tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The hard rock & metal ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) I want to attend the Zero Tolerance event in several cities. Can I view the entire Zero Tolerance schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the Zero Tolerance tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search Zero Tolerance or browse the concert section for Zero Tolerance. There you will see the Zero Tolerance schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the Zero Tolerance event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a concert event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference. If you haven't seen Zero Tolerance or been to a concert or hard rock & metal event then feel free to just ask one of our ticket specialists.
4) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Zero Tolerance ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Zero Tolerance tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Zero Tolerance order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
5) What do I do if the Zero Tolerance event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Zero Tolerance event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Zero Tolerance tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Zero Tolerance schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Zero Tolerance events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Zero Tolerance event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
