1) I want to attend the 13 Days event in several cities. Can I view the entire 13 Days schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the 13 Days tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search 13 Days or browse the concert section for 13 Days. There you will see the 13 Days schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the 13 Days event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a concert event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference. If you haven't seen 13 Days or been to a concert or alternative event then feel free to just ask one of our ticket specialists.
2) What do I do if the 13 Days start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the 13 Days event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the 13 Days event.
3) I ordered my 13 Days tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your 13 Days tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your 13 Days tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your alternative tickets will arrive in time for the 13 Days event!
4) Help!!! I lost my 13 Days tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your 13 Days tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the 13 Days tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the 13 Days tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your 13 Days ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
5) I bought 13 Days tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because alternative tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our 13 Days ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it.
