FAQ
1) What do I do if the 360 All-Stars start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the theater venue to determine the correct start time for the 360 All-Stars event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the 360 All-Stars event.
2) How do I make sure that the 360 All-Stars discount code is properly applied to my other theater order? All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a 360 All-Stars discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the 360 All-Stars discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your 360 All-Stars tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our theater ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
3) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up 360 All-Stars tickets?Last minute 360 All-Stars orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your 360 All-Stars tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
4) Can I select my own seats for the 360 All-Stars event?Yes, you can! View our inventory of 360 All-Stars tickets and select the seat with a price that fits your budget. Our selection of other theater tickets are updated frequently, so check our site often if you do not initially find a 360 All-Stars seat that meets your price requirements. We offer the lowest prices around so you are bound to find good other theater seats to see 360 All-Stars in your location.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my 360 All-Stars tickets? You are purchasing these 360 All-Stars tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the 360 All-Stars event. Since the theater venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the 360 All-Stars ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing 360 All-Stars and experiencing the full other theater event.
