FAQ
1) What do I do if the Bats start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Bats event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Bats event.
2) How can I find concert tickets to see Bats on TicketSupply.com?Browse the concert section of the site or type Bats into the search box on the site. TicketSupply.com always offers Bats tickets at the best-price online. If you are looking for another concert or country & folk event then be sure to act quickly so you find the best-priced country & folk tickets and seats from our large inventory!
3) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Bats"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
4) Why isn't my name displayed on my Bats tickets? You are purchasing these Bats tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Bats event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Bats ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Bats and experiencing the full country & folk event.
5) Who determines the face value of my Bats ticket? The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Bats ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Bats or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
