1) I think I may have received the wrong Bestival tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Bestival tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Bestival tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Bestival receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the festival & tour tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets.
