FAQ
1) I purchased more than one Burn Fest ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Burn Fest ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Burn Fest event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Burn Fest receipt.
2) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Burn Fest gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Burn Fest event details is to contact venue directly. A festival & tour representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Burn Fest event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Burn Fest gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Burn Fest event information will also be available on the venues web site.
3) How do I find the seats for Burn Fest tickets? On the page containing Burn Fest ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Burn Fest seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Burn Fest ticket notes.
4) Are the listed prices for Burn Fest tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Burn Fest tickets. The posted price for these Burn Fest tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Burn Fest tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Burn Fest tickets.
5) What do I do if the Burn Fest start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Burn Fest event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Burn Fest event.
