1) I think I may have received the wrong Cito tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Cito tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Cito tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Cito receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the other theater tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your theater tickets. If the Cito tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Cito tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Cito tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 2) How do I find the seats for Cito tickets?On the page containing Cito ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Cito seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Cito ticket notes.
