1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Durti-Ryce tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Durti-Ryce tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Durti-Ryce receipt. They can resend the Durti-Ryce tickets for you. If you are unable to find your r & b & soul ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Durti-Ryce gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Durti-Ryce event details is to contact venue directly. A r & b & soul representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Durti-Ryce event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Durti-Ryce gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Durti-Ryce event information will also be available on the venues web site.
3) Can my Durti-Ryce tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Durti-Ryce tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because r & b & soul tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Durti-Ryce ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it.
