1) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Joe gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Joe event details is to contact venue directly. A alternative representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Joe event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Joe gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Joe event information will also be available on the venues web site.
2) How do I make sure that the Joe discount code is properly applied to my alternative order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Joe discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Joe discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Joe tickets.
