1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Electra tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Electra tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Electra event. If the Electra tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Electra tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Are the listed prices for Electra tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Electra tickets. The posted price for these Electra tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Electra tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Electra tickets.
3) What if the Electra event is postponed?If the Electra event is postponed, your Electra tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Electra tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Electra tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Electra ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Electra ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Electra event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Electra receipt.
5) Do you provide information regarding the Electra?Yes, we list additional information about the Electra so you can ensure that this is the other theater event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the theater venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your Electra ticket purchase.
