1) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Grandaddy event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Grandaddy order receipt. You may need to return the Grandaddy tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Grandaddy tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) How are Grandaddy ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Grandaddy tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Grandaddy ticket prices.
3) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Grandaddy tickets?Last minute Grandaddy orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Grandaddy tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
4) I bought Grandaddy tickets but now I don't want to go.
