1) I think I may have received the wrong Hot Buttered Rum String Band tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Hot Buttered Rum String Band tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Hot Buttered Rum String Band tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Hot Buttered Rum String Band receipt and provide your order number. 3) What do I do if the Hot Buttered Rum String Band event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Hot Buttered Rum String Band event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Hot Buttered Rum String Band tickets for sale elsewhere.
