1) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my ICONIC ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for ICONIC tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the ICONIC order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
2) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my ICONIC tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your ICONIC tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your ICONIC receipt. They can resend the ICONIC tickets for you. If you are unable to find your other theater ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your theater ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
3) How do I print my electronic other theater tickets to see ICONIC?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any ICONIC tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
4) How are ICONIC ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. ICONIC tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the ICONIC ticket prices.
5) I bought ICONIC tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because other theater tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our ICONIC ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it.
