FAQ
1) What do I do if the I'm a Believer event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the I'm a Believer event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the I'm a Believer tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the I'm a Believer schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed I'm a Believer events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the I'm a Believer event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
2) I bought I'm a Believer tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because children & family tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our I'm a Believer ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my I'm a Believer tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your I'm a Believer tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your I'm a Believer receipt. They can resend the I'm a Believer tickets for you. If you are unable to find your children & family ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your theater ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) There isn't time to ship my I'm a Believer tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your I'm a Believer tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your I'm a Believer ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your children & family tickets. Note: If you are picking your I'm a Believer tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
5) I want to attend the I'm a Believer event in several cities. Can I view the entire I'm a Believer schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the I'm a Believer tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search I'm a Believer or browse the theater section for I'm a Believer. There you will see the I'm a Believer schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the I'm a Believer event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a theater event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference.
