1) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my LowJam ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for LowJam tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the LowJam order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
2) How do I find the seats for LowJam tickets?On the page containing LowJam ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the LowJam seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the LowJam ticket notes.
3) Can my LowJam tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?LowJam tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some LowJam ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific LowJam tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
4) I think I may have received the wrong LowJam tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong LowJam tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect LowJam tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your LowJam receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the country & folk tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the LowJam tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your LowJam tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong LowJam tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on country & folk tickets so you should not have any concerns.
5) As a buyer of LowJam tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all LowJam ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that LowJam ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any country & folk ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your LowJam tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
