1) Can my Minor Gold tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Minor Gold tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some Minor Gold ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific Minor Gold tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
2) What do I do if the Minor Gold event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Minor Gold event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Minor Gold tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Minor Gold schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Minor Gold events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Minor Gold event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) What do I do if my order for Minor Gold tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the country & folk ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Minor Gold tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Minor Gold order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Minor Gold tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. However, supply and demand for country & folk events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) How do I make sure that the Minor Gold discount code is properly applied to my country & folk order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Minor Gold discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Minor Gold discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Minor Gold tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
5) What do I do if the Minor Gold start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Minor Gold event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Minor Gold event.
