FAQ
1) I purchased more than one O.M.D. ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the O.M.D. ticket notes, all of the tickets for the O.M.D. event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your O.M.D. receipt.
2) What if the O.M.D. event is postponed? If the O.M.D. event is postponed, your O.M.D. tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your O.M.D. tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your O.M.D. tickets.
3) Who determines the face value of my O.M.D. ticket? The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your O.M.D. ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of O.M.D. or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
4) Why isn't my name displayed on my O.M.D. tickets? You are purchasing these O.M.D. tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the O.M.D. event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the O.M.D. ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing O.M.D. and experiencing the full classical event.
