FAQ
1) I purchased more than one Pony Gold ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Pony Gold ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Pony Gold event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Pony Gold receipt.
2) What if the Pony Gold event is postponed? If the Pony Gold event is postponed, your Pony Gold tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Pony Gold tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Pony Gold tickets.
3) Are the listed prices for Pony Gold tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Pony Gold tickets. The posted price for these Pony Gold tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Pony Gold tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Pony Gold tickets.
4) Can my Pony Gold tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Pony Gold tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some Pony Gold ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific Pony Gold tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
5) How do I find the seats for Pony Gold tickets? On the page containing Pony Gold ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Pony Gold seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Pony Gold ticket notes.
