1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Praise tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Praise tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Praise receipt. They can resend the Praise tickets for you. If you are unable to find your religious ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) I bought Praise tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because religious tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Praise ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
3) I purchased more than one Praise ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Praise ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Praise event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Praise receipt.
4) Do you provide any guarantees for my Praise tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Praise tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Praise event. If the Praise tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Praise tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
5) How can I get aisle seats to see Praise?For any tickets, including those to see Praise, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Praise ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Praise tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Praise specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Praise seats are not located on an aisle.
