1) How do I make sure that the Shearling discount code is properly applied to my techno & electronic order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Shearling discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Shearling discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Shearling tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
2) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Shearling gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Shearling event details is to contact venue directly. A techno & electronic representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Shearling event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Shearling gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Shearling event information will also be available on the venues web site.
3) What do I do if the techno & electronic event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Shearling event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Shearling order receipt. You may need to return the Shearling tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Shearling tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The techno & electronic ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
4) How are Shearling ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Shearling tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Shearling ticket prices.
5) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Shearling tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Shearling tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry.
