1) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement 360 Smile event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your 360 Smile order receipt. You may need to return the 360 Smile tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your 360 Smile tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) How are 360 Smile ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. 360 Smile tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the 360 Smile ticket prices.
3) I purchased more than one 360 Smile ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the 360 Smile ticket notes, all of the tickets for the 360 Smile event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your 360 Smile receipt.
4) Do you provide information regarding the 360 Smile?Yes, we list additional information about the 360 Smile so you can ensure that this is the alternative event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your 360 Smile ticket purchase.
5) How do I find the seats for 360 Smile tickets?On the page containing 360 Smile ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the 360 Smile seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the 360 Smile ticket notes.
