1) What do I do if the 808 start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the 808 event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the 808 event.
2) I ordered my 808 tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your 808 tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your 808 tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your alternative tickets will arrive in time for the 808 event!
3) Help!!! I lost my 808 tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your 808 tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the 808 tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the 808 tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your 808 ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
4) I bought 808 tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because alternative tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our 808 ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 5) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your 808 tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically 808 tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the alternative tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your 808 tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your 808 tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the alternative event.
