FAQ
1) How do I print my electronic alternative tickets to see Active Child? You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Active Child tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
2) Are the listed prices for Active Child tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Active Child tickets. The posted price for these Active Child tickets is determined by the ticket broker. 4) How are Active Child ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Active Child tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Active Child ticket prices.
5) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Active Child event is scheduled? We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Active Child order receipt. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
