FAQ
1) I think I may have received the wrong Alarm tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Alarm tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Alarm tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Alarm receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the alternative tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Alarm tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Alarm tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Alarm tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on alternative tickets so you should not have any concerns.
2) How do I find the seats for Alarm tickets? On the page containing Alarm ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Alarm seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Alarm ticket notes.
3) What do I do if my order for Alarm tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the alternative ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Alarm tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Alarm order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Alarm tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Alarm tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for alternative events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Alarm gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Alarm event details is to contact venue directly. A alternative representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Alarm event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Alarm gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Alarm event information will also be available on the venues web site.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Alarm tickets? You are purchasing these Alarm tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Alarm event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Alarm ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Alarm and experiencing the full alternative event.
