1) As a buyer of Almost Normal tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Almost Normal ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Almost Normal ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any alternative ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Almost Normal tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
2) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Almost Normal event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Almost Normal order receipt. You may need to return the Almost Normal tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Almost Normal tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) I want to attend the Almost Normal event in several cities. Can I view the entire Almost Normal schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the Almost Normal tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search Almost Normal or browse the concert section for Almost Normal. There you will see the Almost Normal schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the Almost Normal event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a concert event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference.
