1) How do I know if the Away event has been cancelled due to inclement weather?If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the Away event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated Away event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
2) Why isn't my name displayed on my Away tickets?You are purchasing these Away tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Away event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Away ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Away and experiencing the full alternative event.
3) There isn't time to ship my Away tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Away tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Away ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your alternative tickets. Note: If you are picking your Away tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
4) I bought Away tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because alternative tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Away ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 5) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Away tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Away tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the alternative tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Away tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Away tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the alternative event.
