1) I bought D.O.A. tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because children & family tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our D.O.A. ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) How are D.O.A. ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. D.O.A. tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the D.O.A. ticket prices.
3) Help!!! I lost my D.O.A. tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your D.O.A. tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the D.O.A. tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the D.O.A. tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your D.O.A. ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
4) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up D.O.A. tickets?Last minute D.O.A. orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your D.O.A. tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my D.O.A. tickets?You are purchasing these D.O.A. tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the D.O.A. event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the D.O.A. ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing D.O.A. and experiencing the full children & family event.
