1) What do I do if the Green Jello event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Green Jello event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Green Jello tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Green Jello schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Green Jello events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Green Jello event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
2) Do you provide any guarantees for my Green Jello tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Green Jello tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Green Jello event. If the Green Jello tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Green Jello tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.

If the Green Jello seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Green Jello ticket notes.
