1) How do I make sure that the Killmoves discount code is properly applied to my alternative order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Killmoves discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Killmoves discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Killmoves tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
2) What do I do if the alternative event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Killmoves event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Killmoves order receipt. You may need to return the Killmoves tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Killmoves tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The alternative ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Killmoves tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Killmoves tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Killmoves receipt. They can resend the Killmoves tickets for you. If you are unable to find your alternative ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) What do I do if the Killmoves event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Killmoves event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Killmoves tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Killmoves schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Killmoves events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Killmoves event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if my order for Killmoves tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the alternative ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Killmoves tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Killmoves order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Killmoves tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Killmoves tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for alternative events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
