1) How do I print my electronic alternative tickets to see Off The Hook?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Off The Hook tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
2) What do I do if the Off The Hook event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Off The Hook event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Off The Hook tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Off The Hook schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Off The Hook events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Off The Hook event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) How do I make sure that the Off The Hook discount code is properly applied to my alternative order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Off The Hook discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. You can search by alternative or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Off The Hook") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
5) I think I may have received the wrong Off The Hook tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Off The Hook tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Off The Hook tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Off The Hook receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the alternative tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Off The Hook tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Off The Hook tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Off The Hook tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
