1) Help!!! I lost my Paquita tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Paquita tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Paquita tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Paquita tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Paquita ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
2) I bought Paquita tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because ballet tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Paquita ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 3) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Paquita tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Paquita tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the ballet tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Paquita tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Paquita tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the ballet event.
4) I purchased more than one Paquita ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Paquita ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Paquita event are seated together.
