1) I ordered my Slow Degrade tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Slow Degrade tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Slow Degrade tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your alternative tickets will arrive in time for the Slow Degrade event!
2) How do I find the seats for Slow Degrade tickets?On the page containing Slow Degrade ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Slow Degrade seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Slow Degrade ticket notes.
3) Help!!! I lost my Slow Degrade tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Slow Degrade tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Slow Degrade tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Slow Degrade tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Slow Degrade ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
4) How do I make sure that the Slow Degrade discount code is properly applied to my alternative order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because alternative tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Slow Degrade ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it.
